SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
MINUTES
MONDAY, JUNE 19, 2012
Present were Chair Drake Waldron, Councilors Marie Soliani and Corporation Counsel Ernestine Yuille Weaver. Councilor Paul Samele joined the meeting while it was in progress.
The meeting was called to order at 4:45 p.m.
On a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Waldron the Committee voted to recommend Project 143-295 to the Council for consideration and approval.
On a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted to recommend Project 143-298 to the Council for consideration and approval.
On a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted to recommend Project 143-312 to the Council for consideration and approval.
Councilor Paul Samele arrived.
It was discussed that all of the projects approved had excellent loan to equity ratios. Also noted was that a Change Order to project 143-309 was on the agenda to go before the full council to add. There being no other business upon a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Soliani seconded, the meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
